ABOUT BAY CUSTOM AUTO Bay Custom Auto has been operating since 1981 in the collision repair business. Starting as a mechanical repair business in 1971. A company that is based on both integrity and quality. As one of the oldest remaining independent repair shops in the Hampton Roads area, the auto body shop has grown and improved every year. Our quality and determination for customer satisfaction is one of the main reasons for our success. My service was done fairly on time which was nice. Car looks good as new! Was fairly irritated with a lack of communication on where my car was at on its service (it had been a week and I hadn’t gotten any updates). I tried calling twice to get an update and was left on hold for nearly 30 min or sent to voicemail. Had to physically go to the building to speak with the manager to get information on my cars service
