Never received any calls regarding my SUV and my calls were NEVER returned and I was always told different things when it came to me calling about my vehicle. When I was in my car accident, I had a half a tank of gas when I go to pick up my vehicle. I had no gas in my car.

They were friendly and the work done is great. My car came back to me cleaned which was a nice surprise. I would advise that they should have updated to say there would be a delay.

They were friendly and courteous. The only problem was the date they said it would be ready was given 11 days difference. It wasn’t really a problem, but they didn’t communicate it.

Work was good. Time taken and no updates was terrible I was texted when I dropped it off that I would receive texts for updates. That din not happen. And 3 weeks to replace bumper didn't seem right

The team at Bay State Autobody did an excellent job at repairing my car. My car on the outside and inside looks brand new. I also appreciate that this team spent some additional time with me on the day of pickup to get the Eyesight feature of my car functioning again. Everything in my car operates well, and my car also drives the same way it did before the repair.
