I have already told everyone I know not to go there. I even posted on Yelp and Google. Yury responded back to my post and said I was a liar. I have emails so I am not sure what I lied about.

I noticed some paint on the car that is dried and should not be their. The bumper has a scratch like it was not buffed. I’m just going to leave it because I don’t want to interact with the shop.

The amount of time I waited to get my car back was unacceptable. I received an email that said my car was ready 07/03. Called and was told my car was not ready and the shop was closed for the holiday. The rental place sent me an urgent email because the rental was due back on 07/03. I assumed the claim rep and shop were taking to the rental shop. I had to harass claim rep and shop to get my car back. This caused backlash from the shop which made picking up my car awkward. I obviously am unhappy. I’m debating leave Liberty when my policy ends. I blame Liberty because I would not have went to this shop if they were not part of your network.

Upon arriving at bay state auto the gentleman there was very nice and very informative.when the job was complete my car looked like it never was in an accident I was very satisfied with the work.

I had a question or two and Yuri said if you have a moment please come back to discuss. Very professional, efficient and polite. Mind you I had a child with me.
