The quality of the work done meets my satisfaction, the unexpected delay to begin the work is where I am disappointed. When I checked in July 24 and work had not started you should have revised the estimated start and I could have saved on rental car and dropped it off when you were ready to start. Poor communication and lack of adequate planning resulted in my disappointment. My family and I have been loyal customers for over 20 years but I doubt I will come back if one of our vehicles needs body work again.
