From the time I walked in I was welcomed and comfortable as they had someone walk out and tape up the problem to keep rain out and still get home and return after weekend with arrangements to pick me up and leave my car for a week.

Bayside forgot to repair my windshield (initially) even though it was in the printed out instructions I left for them. This caused a delay in getting my vehicle back in a timely fashion which cost us an additional $500 in car rental fees.
