I would honestly say that the repairs were good; but, expect to be terribly frustrated with the process.

I found that the communications between the office and person in charge of the repairs to be very poor. There were several calls with questions that were either not returned. Everyone was courteous; but, poor communication.

Would of been a 10 if I LT was complete before we received it. Wish I had noticed the deficiencies prior to leaving!

The body work and paint turned out amazing!!! Only a couple small issues. The cherokee letters were never put back on and were left in the dash and the center compartment between the seats I don't think ever got put all the way back in and is very loose! We plan to bring the car back in soon but haven't had the chance due to being out of town.
