Because of covid and bad weather, it was a longer process time. Of course, B&B can't be blamed for that. They got me in for an estimate after my accident, before a snow storm, was able to put my window back up, got my door to open, making it easier to get in & out without climbing in from passenger side. I knew that day I was glad I didn't go anywhere else. Was kept up to date every step of the way, which I appreciated. My Honda looks wonderful, like it was never in an accident.
