My lift gate hatch attachment was sanded down and left sharp - It was not the smooth rounded original one - Sadly I cut my fingers across it not realizing it was so sharp! I also found that my cover to the backseat cup holder is missing (I looked throughout the vehicle) and my drivers seat seat warmers are no longer working.. Not sure how either of these could've happened but maybe in the final detailing process?

I’m very impressed with BDC Collision. Their customer service, realistic time estimates, check-in texts with progress and a phone call if something isn’t going according to plan. I was very impressed that Gary who was working on my car called me to explain that the insurer would pay for after market parts. Because my car was so new, he wanted to know if I wanted to pay more (not much) for an original part. I was very happy and impressed he did that.
