We are a large volume shop capable of frame repair, suspension repair and all new collision repair which also comes with a limited lifetime warranty. We are a direct DRP for a multitude of insurance companies with a team of veteran techs and estimators. We are an I-Car gold class certified shop and PPG equipped within our paint department. We are linked to all OEM suppliers in our region. Our goal at our shop is to get your vehicle in, written, repaired and back to the customer in the timeliest, most accurate fashion applicable. They try to give me back my truck and it was not complete They broke my passenger back window and didn't know how to fix it I still don't know why they even messed with the door there was no damage done to it now my window is still broken because they couldn't fix it I really should have taken kempthorn to court I'll never do business with kempthorn again and if anyone else is reading this take your vehicle somewhere else please not kempthorn

Had my car for 2 weeks to replace a door. Said they were short staffed, which is ok, but maybe have another trusted place to farm out some stuff when you're short or overly busy

There was damage that wasn't there prior to warranty work. And there was damage in a spot that is still covered under warranty and was told there is nothing they can do about it.
