We are a large volume shop capable of frame repair, suspension repair and all new collision repair which also comes with a limited lifetime warranty. We are a direct DRP for a multitude of insurance companies with a team of veteran techs and estimators. We are an I-Car gold class certified shop and PPG equipped within our paint department. We are linked to all OEM suppliers in our region. Our goal at our shop is to get your vehicle in, written, repaired and back to the customer in the timeliest, most accurate fashion applicable. Staff was pleasant and professional. Communications were good. Only reason I am ranking lower is because I stressed a slow leak in the front driver's side tire. Your mechanics could not solve the issue. Took it to my local mechanic and he found a piece of metal embedded in the tread.

There were 3 messages that came up on the car and I was able to clear 2. There is still something wrong with the car. When I brake, I can feel the steering wheel shake and the car runs louder. We are waiting for a call to get us back in to check the car.

I’m very happy with everything that Kempthorn has done for me from the moment step in the door. The staff was very nice and I received phone calls on the progress of my car after being hit by a deer . When my car was finished, it looked like I just drove it off the showroom floor.
