We are a large volume shop capable of frame repair, suspension repair and all new collision repair which also comes with a limited lifetime warranty. We are a direct DRP for a multitude of insurance companies with a team of veteran techs and estimators. We are an I-Car gold class certified shop and PPG equipped within our paint department. We are linked to all OEM suppliers in our region. Our goal at our shop is to get your vehicle in, written, repaired and back to the customer in the timeliest, most accurate fashion applicable. I would have given a 10 if both backup lights were replaced even thought only 1 was damaged as they do not match (14 year difference)

We were not notified from the time we took the car in until it was ready.No updates and a little longer than we were told. Also there was a change in the claim number that we gave them several times that was still not corrected when we picked the car up.They did let us take the car because we were not liable for any copay but it caused confusion with the insurance company.
