We are a large volume shop capable of frame repair, suspension repair and all new collision repair which also comes with a limited lifetime warranty. We are a direct DRP for a multitude of insurance companies with a team of veteran techs and estimators. We are an I-Car gold class certified shop and PPG equipped within our paint department. We are linked to all OEM suppliers in our region. Our goal at our shop is to get your vehicle in, written, repaired and back to the customer in the timeliest, most accurate fashion applicable. However, this rating applies only o my experience in person at the shop. No one answered the phone for days nor returned voicemails. I was promised a call to inform me of the overall damage ans time frame to repair. I only received this information after contacting my Grange rep and complaining.

Based on the initial appearance of the car, it looks like the repair has finally been completed satisfactorily. The repair took too long because they were waiting on a back ordered headlight assembly. After I located the part from the dealer where I purchased the car, Beacon completed the repair within one week. They had the car for more than 5 weeks. I understand that they had staffing problems; it was difficult to make phone contact and the contact info on their website was not up to date. The car was very clean & obviously detailed when we picked it up.

Beacon Collision did a beautiful job of restoring the crash site. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. The work did seem to take a long time though. They had it for a month.

Took longer then stated and when we got car back there is a clunking noise coming from the front end. Called to ask about it and got answering machine and left message and they still haven't returned our call
