We are a large volume shop capable of frame repair, suspension repair and all new collision repair which also comes with a limited lifetime warranty. We are a direct DRP for a multitude of insurance companies with a team of veteran techs and estimators. We are an I-Car gold class certified shop and PPG equipped within our paint department. We are linked to all OEM suppliers in our region. Our goal at our shop is to get your vehicle in, written, repaired and back to the customer in the timeliest, most accurate fashion applicable. The repair work they did was fine, everything looked satisfactory. What I was NOT pleased with is the fact I have to take my Jeep to the dealer to have an issue taken care of that appeared right after my accident. They said that Grange determined it wasn't caused from the accident and I had to take it to the dealer to fix. They had my car 2 weeks, and now I have an appt to drop it off AGAIN for a repair for who knows how long. Beacon said it "should" be under warranty and won't cost but what if it's not?? I mean, that light wasn't on till after my accident so I'm kinda of upset that after I finally got my car back...it has to go to a dealer. Not happy honestly.

I was really amazed on what good work they did not only did they make the dent in my truck perfect they also cleaned inside and outside of my truck, which was a extra beautiful feature. I would definitely use and recommend them again.
