Beacon Collision Center is a one stop shop for all of your collision repair, scratch dent and paint needs. We are a large volume shop capable of frame repair, suspension repair and all new collision repair which also comes with a limited lifetime warranty. We are a direct DRP for a multitude of insurance companies with a team of veteran techs and estimators. We are an I-Car gold class certified shop and PPG equipped within our paint department. We are linked to all OEM suppliers in our region. Our goal at our shop is to get your vehicle in, written, repaired and back to the customer in the timeliest, most accurate fashion applicable. Some spots throughout hood where it looks like something may have been accidentally mixed in the paint or it wasn't mixed well enough. The spots were buffed out pretty well. Overall, not really worried about it.

I wish I had a little more communication especially since I didn't have my vehicle for a month. At one point I called, was told I was on the call list that day and would be 'called back' in about 20 minutes. I did not receive a follow up call that day or even that week.

From the initial phone call to getting my car back it was an easy and amazing experience. All the staff was friendly and helpful. My car looked great and fixed on a timely fashion. I would highly recommend using them if you need to get your car fixed.

I was told approximately 8 days to have my truck fixed , it took 26 days. I was told they found more damage and needed to order an updated part . Still should have not taken this long and they would not keep me updated as they said they would. I also noticed 300+ additional miles on my vehicle, I questioned them on this and they told me that the vehicle never left the shop where I dropped it off. The mileage does not add up on their records and I am considering a small claims suit against them .
