Friendly staff . Only complaint is with communication. Was told I would revieve updates, but had to call. Was told car would be done earlier than expected but then changed .

This company was fantastic to deal with from the time I dropped off my SUV until I picked it up. Had a huge surprise too for they cleaned the inside of my car which I never expected! Loved how they sent texts messages informing me what step my car was in the repair! I will definitely recommend this company to my friends (already have) & will use them again if needed! Thanks for a great job!

If it is not done through insurance, I would hesitate to use Beal's for one reason - the final price has been $500-700 higher than the estimated price. This has happened the last two times I've used Beal's. Fortunately, the last one was done through insurance so I only paid the deductible. For quality of work and communication through texts, I would give a 10.

Beals was excellent with our Honda repair from the first estimate to the final completion of the repair. They kept us informed starting with explaining the insurance process at the beginning and then keeping us updated on the repair work. They were friendly, informative and always on top of the situation. We are thoroughly satisfied with their work and professionalism.

The work is amazing. PArts replaced that I did not know were damaged. The front of the truck looks new one. (The damage was the front and hood) Will recommend that anyone who asks go to your shop

I like my repair There were a couple of scratches on the front of the car post the guy taking it to be "adjusted", unfortunately. They left a bottle of something to take care of the problem.

What a positive and professional experience. Hands-down, probably the best Body Shop in Arizona. All technicians and customer service representatives were very professional. Communication was great. And the end product they delivered was fantastic. My truck looks great. I would absolutely RecommendBeals auto body and paint to anybody and I actually already have. Hands-down best Body Shop ever.!

Customer service is hands-down fantastic. There’s a waiting lounge where you can have coffee drinks TV Wi-Fi. Everyone was professional and courteous and friendly and dressed well.
