overall 10 Just the two spots on the Rhino liner

q1 A couple spots of rhino liner was removed when truck bed was taken off. 2) three decals on the repair side need to ne re-installed. Beal is going to call me the fisrt of the year to have them reinstalled, Don't understand why the final cost was $5,446.78.76 minus the $500.00 deductible I paid was $4,946.76. I thoght the original bid was $4,946.76. Beal needs to discuss this with AAA.

I was going to email you (Beal's). I'm getting back end noises when driving on bumpy roads. The brake and accelerator at times lurches forward. I'm not sure if this is something a body shop deals with. As for the people at Beal's, I couldn't be more satisfied. Peter was so helpful during this time.

So far I've been very satisfied with the quality of work done by Beals. My only comments were that the delivery dates slipped a couple of times and I had to call to find this out and there was an email status message system which seemed to be a couple days delayed from the action actually occurring.
