I have had to go back and forth and repeat myself several times. I wanted to go to Tesla collision and was informed I would likely have out of pocket costs because farm bureau would only pay a portion since they charge more than the approved collision centers. I was provided a list with about 3 Tesla approved collision centers and had to travel 80+ miles round trip 3 times to inspect, drop off, and pickup the vehicle. The vehicle was then returned to me with damage that hadn’t been fixed, paint chips, and a poor paint job where you can see a harsh line. I’ve once again had to go back and forth with representatives and repeat myself several times. I’ve been asked to take the car back to Beaman collision which is not feasible as I can’t take any more time off work and it is unreasonable to expect me to keep making these trips. I asked for an email to send my demand letter and was informed that Beaman has already been paid for repairs and I would have to take it back to them and no email was provided. I had to ask again in order to get the email. Your insured was entirely at fault but I have been the one having to deal with the inconvenience. This situation has caused me to rethink my homeowners policy with farm bureau which I am seriously considering moving to American family with my auto insurance.

Jake was excellent. He treated me excellent he treated my car excellent he kept me up-to-date on everything. The only problem I had was with the claims department of State Farm insurance but on your end he did everything he could to make me happy and to keep me patient until State Farm did what they were supposed to do. My car looks absolutely beautiful. I don’t want anyone touching my car other than Beaman Pontiac or Beaman collision or Beaman automotive Center. I’ve been a member of Beaman since 1972. I am now 77 years old and I guess I’ll stay with Beaman until who knows when but thank you very very much for everything you did to help me out.

Mr . Donnell was excellent. He saw what. was needed and quickly developed the paperwork. What took 13 days to complete was State Farm Insurance claims department being so slow and the appraiser doing his/her job. Evidently, Beaman Collison Center is not one of the companies that State Farm uses. So, I was put on the back burner. I have been a Beaman client since 1972. No one touches my car except Beaman. The workmanship is always above excellent! Thank you for your professionalism and the the excellence of the people that work at Beaman Collision.

Ms Alisha at the front desk is awesome. I also would like to say the communication is on point. I received messages during the whole process. It took a little longer than expected (almost 2 months) but no fault of Beaman but I could not be more pleased
