The truck looks great and the everyone I encountered was courteous and nice. My only complaint is that I was told it would take 3 days to complete. On the 3rd day I called to get a status update and it took all day to get someone to return my call and I was told that it would be late Monday before I could get my truck bc there was a parts delay. I had a rental car and this made me go they the weekend and completely into 3 xtra days of s rental car. I realize things happen but I think better care on the time frames should be taken. It can cost people slot of xtra money. You are Beaman not some random shop.

I dealt with Herb there at Beaman Collision. I explained to him my wife and I were expecting our first child within 10 days of when I dropped off my truck for repair and how much we needed to get it back as soon as possible. He made it happen in 2 days. I canât say thanks enough.

Why would you take a Toyota anywhere other than Beaman!!! Especially if you purchased it there. They are courteous, professional, and you can tell that Mark and his staff takes pride in their work. They are the best!!!!!
