It took from Sept. 4 through Sept. 28 to repair dents and scratches in the door panels. I rarely received call backs from our service contact when I left messages. We were told the vehicle would be ready Sept. 21 or 24; on Sept. 21, my husband called and was told no work had begun beyond disassembling the vehicle. He had to threaten to move it to another shop to get repairs moving. I was sent a notification that I'd be getting text alerts in early September and never received a single one until today, Oct. 5, a full week after I picked my car up. Why bother having that system if you don't use it? We will not be using this location again.
