I am curious why my vehicle over 300 miles on it after the repair. Also, my jumper cables were in the back seat open from it's bag. No explanation why they were out.

They kept the vehicle days longer than they estimated, and then returned it to me with flaws in the paint and the rear panel not fixed. I have to bring it back to them to fix it.

Repairs took 5 days longer than told due to weather. Was then told at pickup that the shop is climate controlled so outside temps don’t matter. Insurance quote listed off many repairs to drive door including removing old emblems to replace with new ones once with entire door was repainted. Then at pickup noticed many many paints chips and was told that emblems weren’t originally removed because painted was blended in just the spot of damage but insurance was quoted it was a much more expensive repair involving repainting of the entire door. Seems a bit fraudulent. The entire job looks terrible, there is clear coat sprayed on the windows and over 24 paint chips and an employee agree upon this at pickup. We were told to call after holidays to reschedule repairs so you could fix the awful work but wouldn’t schedule an appointment with us yet so I don’t believe the fix will be honored

i love that i received email updates everyday regarding the status of the car and that the eta was included in this emails.
