Had several initial issues and wanted to drive some to see if anything appeared while driving. Passenger side fog light not working, driver side headlight replaced and now passenger side looks bad with the typical cloudiness.. would have thought it would have been polished . The paint match is not very good… I know bumpers are different material but blending would have helped.

While there were some frustrations regarding the amount of time it took to complete the work, my adjuster Ahmed was diligent and cordial with his communications. That professionalism made all the difference in the process. His attention was very much appreciated, and although there are a few open ends, I trust his assurances that the work will get done.

Unfortunately, I do not believe there are a lot of options for auto body repair in my area.

When I called to ask about bringing my car in for service I was told to wait a week because they were so busy. Then I began receiving calls from “corporate” asking when I would like to bring it in. When I did bring it in my car was in cue for another week. The only positive part of the procedure was the adjuster. Ahmad was very communicative. He consistently texted me with updates. His attentiveness was very nuch appreciated.
