I didn’t love how long it took to get an appointment, and that it took 2 weeks for my truck to be fixed once I finally did get the appointment, BUT the customer service made up for the turnaround time!!

Misaligned hood, wrong paint used, and your shop somehow drilled a hole in my front bumper, and the passenger door doesn't open properly

Interior a bit dusty from the bodywork process. Rear hatch requires more force to close than before the accident.

Tracy was not helpful in resolving damage to the vehicle's front seats. She wholly dismissed this damage as being attributable to the collision. After the body repairs were completed, it required a discussion with a supervisor to review the damage and approve a repair.
