Would’ve been nice for them to call me on Tuesday or Wednesday when the car was delivered on Tuesday to tell me that the tailgate had been denied then I could’ve started working on it however they didn’t contact me till the week later so now the car is sitting there completed and have to wait for the tailgate approval, which may be another day or two. I think that was poor customer service.
