Was told it would look like new, and it does. Fourteen years of sun, hail, and grocery store parking lots erased. While one hopes not to need the services of a body shop, if I do again I'll definitely be back to Bruce's.

Repair work was exceptional. Staff were very professional and kept in touch. They had Mr car for 25 days which resulted in my having to pay an additional week in car rental myself. I think there was some glitches between them and insurance company

I cannot recommend Bruce’s Body Shop highly enough, especially after the incredible work they just finished on my Tacoma. The truck looks absolutely flawless, and you would never know it was ever in an accident! While the quality of their repair work speaks for itself, what truly sets them apart is their customer service. James was an absolute hero throughout this entire process. We were stuck dealing with hands down the worst insurance adjuster we’ve ever encountered, and James fought for me tooth and nail every single step of the way. He refused to settle for cheap aftermarket shortcuts and went above and beyond to make sure my Tacoma was repaired properly with genuine OEM parts. On top of that, he had the patience of a saint with me, answering my endless phone calls, keeping me constantly updated, and making sure I always knew where things stood. If you want your vehicle repaired the right way by a team that actually has your back against the insurance companies, take it to Bruce’s. Ask for James, and you’ll be in the absolute best hands!
