Guys working on the vehicle did not check all accessories forgot to hook up my brake lights. Had they done an inspection I wouldn't have to make a return trip to get fixed

The communication was beyond poor and frustrating. Why bother sending email updates that do not even come close to actual fact. The final insult was when we call to verify extension of the rental vehicle and were told by insurance our ticket was closed. No phone call was made to notify my wife or I. The receptionist on 3 different occasions was of no use and rude. I schedule 3 weeks prior to drop off to get emails that did not reflect progress, no communication the second week, damaged parts that were repaired and placed on the vehicle, and lose additional money out of pocket on an insurance claim (not referring to deducatable). Top notch Beautiful Bodies! Will promote to friends, family, and colleagues to avoid at all cost.
