Two things: Communication about what the expected time frame to make the repair to my vehicle was not clear. Estimator and Administrator both told me it was a short repair time, 3-4 days. I dropped vehicle off on a Friday and then on Tuesday of the next week I received a text stating the vehicle would not be ready until the following week. Like most of us I had to juggle ways to travel during the repair and making the repair into a 10 day process was not an option. I had conveyed that to my estimator twice, when he did the estimate and then when I called on Tuesday to ask about the repair becoming a 10 day repair. 2nd: I picked the truck up at 4:50pm on Friday (one week after I dropped it off) The repair looked GREAT, but when I got in the cab of my truck there were multiple grease finger prints throughout the cab. I took photos if you want to see them. I didn't go back in to protest because it was that late in the day and I just needed to get my vehicle back and didn't want additional delay. I took an hour the next day to shampoo the finger prints out of my vehicle. Your company does great work and I'm very satisfied how my truck looks but it was a struggle getting accurate communication and disappointing to have the cab filthy when I got the truck back.

You do great body work and at a fair price, which I appreciate. I would tell someone that but I would also have to warn them about the communication and the state my cab was left in.
