Ben was wonderful he went above and beyond to assist me with my car repairs and went out if his way to get me updates which I appreciated because I wasn't getting any updates at all from my insurance company which was really frustrating. I wish there was more communication or a way to see online what was going on i had to reach out for updates a few times which was a bit frustrating but I think that might be more on my insurance side than the shops. It just would have been nice to be notified what's going on automatically with updates and given a time line rather than me needing to reach out each time. I really did appreciate Ben's thoroughness. Natoinwide did not do a good job at all of updating me with what was going on which was quite disappointing
