I am not impressed with anything from this body shop. In fact i would tell people to avoid this one at all costs right now.

Through the whole time my vehicle has been with this shop, i have not been able to get a hold of anyone. They billed my insurance for parts that were not replaced. I have been told after they had my car for over 2 weeks i still need to bring it in to continue work that should be completed. The paint looks like a totally different color than the rest of the car. There are places paint wasnt done. The clear bra was not replaced. There were still bugs on the front of the vehicle. I almost think they painted over bugs. The emblem is still not fixed. After multiple messages, calls, emails... extremely disappointed. I havent left a google review because i am still hoping they will do good work and fix it all.

As i said previously no one got back to us over multiple days where i left multiple voicemails and spoke with people and were promised callbacks. Then they never called back.

I called and left a message and texted Beckstrom. Never heard back. We were told every Tues and Thur we would receive a text. First Tues didn't here a thing. Then after, only on Tues would we get an update.
