There is a tiny spot where paint is missing on the door handle and the sky light cover doesn’t close 100%. But mostly I wouldn’t recommend BeeZee because the time table kept changing as the weeks went on. By the end, felt like I was lied to.

Robert was fantastic throughout this process. My wife and I are expecting and our due date is very soon, so Robert worked to make sure we got our car back in an expedited fashion. He also worked with me to manage price, as we were trying to avoid using insurance. And the door looks like new. Happy to use or recommend Bee-Zee in the future!

I am completely satisfied and impressed with the comprehensive service that I received from Bee Zee. From the very beginning they were attentive and informative regarding the process of repairing my car. They showed concerned for my convenience and comfort while visiting their facility. They also kept me informed about the status of the repairs throughout the process. They were willing to install a part which I had purchased that was unrelated to the accident issue. When the repairs were complete, they stored the car indoors avoiding a severe rain storm until I was able to take delivery of the car the following day. Overall, the folks at Bee Zee were totally amazing!

my side panel was taken off and my gas cap was obviously removed but not attached, the tail light that was replaced is also chipped! Now the check engine light is turning on too

Customer service was good the last week, but terrible at first. The paperwork was not ready when I dropped my car, I was not updated about the progress and when my car was supposed to be ready, nobody called me to let me know it would take longer. I had to call each time to find out it was delayed. The last week, finally, someone called me regularly to update me.
