The staff at Bee Zee (especially Ray!) was extremely helpful. They took the time to walk me through all the steps I needed to properly go through insurance and figure out a rental car. The repair process was quick and painless and the quality was top notch! I received regular updates through text message on the status of repairs which made it easy for me to plan pickup of my vehicle at completion.

I am first appreciative that Bee-Zee offers windshield repair and also that they are thorough in both replacing the windshield and recalibration for models with sensors in the windshield. This is something I am uncertain Gerber Collision and others inform or consider when repairing windshields which would impact performance later on. Although the price was more than my initial thought, I was aware it would be in that range or higher going. Moreover, based on similar experiences at Bee-Zee made the price worth it since I knew it the windshield and be given quality service.
