My vehicle took a month to repair for minimum damage and cost me a $1000 in vehicle rental. The size door panel is not smooth from the paint job and I am unable to bring in back with the dear that I will be without a vehicle for another week or so and out of pocket rental fees

I was asked to sign a form at pickup that had not been filled out. By signing, I affirmed that "I have received a copy ... all supplemental and final automated repair estimates which have been explained to me by the facility" when I had not. I returned later to get a copy of the signed form and had changes in the final estimate politely and patiently explained to me.

Originally they said it would take 7-10 days to complete. It was then extended to 23 days and after that they found something else so the total time was 25 days

The work was good, I would definitely recommend someone to go there :-) I just wish I’d been told it would take longer or I had been able to bring my car in later if they weren’t going to even touch it for the first week it was there.

Everything on the repair side looked fine however the clear coat had some drips that dried near the wheel well. The communication was ok. I would have preferred more details. Overall, not a bad experience.
