We barely received any updates. This is our only vehicle right now, and we are using a rental. It would be nice to know how long we would need the rental. We dropped our car off as told, but took them 4 days before they even touched it. That's 4 days of a rental we shouldn't have had to pay. They tried to request all kinds of crazy things when our regular car repair didnt mention when we first took for a full diagnostic. We decided to go with a different company to check the transmission, as we had used them before. [They gave us same day diagnostic and how long they would have and cost within 2 hours!]. Bell did recalls, which are basically free, but we really needed that door done. 4 weeks they had it with maybe an update once a week if any. That's ridiculous! They were courteous and nice, but saying it was very long and we are paying a rental.

Though I am happy with the end results mostly still missing some vinyl on my headlight, the gentleman named Jesse that was helping me throughout the process was completely unhelpful absolutely no communication. And rather than having my vehicle for a small amount of time, it was in the shop for almost 4 weeks to change a front bumper and some very minor things.
