I somehow ended up with pnly 1 new tire even though told to do 2. The work was subbed out to repair shop that caused me to have to have alignment redone. It cost more than what was stated on phone. I then somehow ended up with s battery issue i did not have before bringing to shop.Instead of worrying about what was done improperly, they focused on my wife needing to sign check to point of harassing me and having my insurance co harass me. I bought 3 vehicles from Bell Ford and had already stopped taking my vehicles to service center due to rude service writers, lack of management response and incompetence but i thought the collision center was different. Apparantly i was wrong
