I wish they washed car when done. Inside also had sanding dust inside. Other than that I am happy with the work done

David was very helpful and knowledgeable explained the work that needed done. Kept in touch so I knew the progress being made. Overall very pleased and shocked that the car was washed and interior clean.

I had my rear bumper on my Titan re&re by Midway Nissan & I assumed going to a Nissan dealer since my trucks a Nissan model & ordering an OEM bumper that would be an easy fix. It wasn't installed properly & they gave me exuses excuses why they couldn't line it up so I paid unhappy & left but as I drove off I thought to try Ford body shop & they aced it & I paid a little less! It almost makes me look at a Ford truck when that time comes...David the advisor guided me took care of me & assured me before taking any money! I went back to show Nissan the work Ford did & same guy yells me they would have had to investigate further & it would cost me more but point here is they could have told me during the installation to fit it properly they would need to do what Ford did not continue & give me the truck with a bumper having a bigger gap on one side than the other so my point to Nissan was made through Ford that clients need to be advised & assured they are happy BEFORE leaving & paying because I went back to Nissan the day after I picked it up complaining but they said nothing could be done thats when I drove to Ford & in future would definitely go back to Ford probably even to service it!
