The staff was especially impressive in ensuring I understood what I could expect and gave me a rough estimate of how long the repairs would take. They over-estimated how long the repairs actually took, and I was able to pick up my car sooner. The repairs were also explained, too. The rear bumper area damage was definitely more complicated due to a lot more internal repairs necessary and of the recalibrations needed for the technology on board (the rear tailgate camera, the back right rear “sonar device” that senses oncoming traffic). I really appreciated the time Rick (one of the repair leads) took showing me the before and after pictures, too. It helped me understand the gravity of the damage and extent of repairs. These folks are awesome!
