The work on my vehicle was done well, and it looks awesome. However, my overall experience would have been a 10 if not for the poor customer service I received from the service guy. I did not appreciate how I felt after discussing a second claim. Regardless of any frustration he may have had, it was my money, and I chose this shop to do the work, and that should have been respected. That said, they did honor the claim and completed the repairs. I also want to acknowledge Dawn at the front desk for being professional, polite, and courteous throughout the process.
