Lance was very understanding and listened to my concerns. He communicated with my husband and I both very well. He personally checked my jeep and the parts I had questions on. I have taken my jeep twice to the collision center and all the staff are considerate and caring. I feel fortunate to have found such a great place to go to when my car needs repair.
