So I gave them a 10 based on three things that stood out to me. First line of communication was with Ms Lydia who was extremely nice. The paperwork was simple and she went over key points to prepare and look forward to. Then comes Robert, he discussed what the damages and repairs could look like but wasn't sure until he took it apart. A couple of days later Robert sent an email of the repair. He kept me updated about the progress and gave me a time line of when to expect my vehicle back. Upon picking my vehicle up it was cleaned inside out which was very dirty when I left it. Also as a courtesy he replaced a center cap that was missing from one of my tires. Overall I had a great experience with Ms Lydia/Robert and the team @bellamystrickland.

Robert and the team at Bellamy Body Shop we excellent! My car came in looking ragged and the repaired side is now the prettiest side. I would recommend them 10 times over.

The front desk receptionist was great. Chuck can seem a bit frustrated with the calls. I understand everyone has their days, but when the car is being delayed and the excuse is waiting on an alignment for over a week, I become frustrated. Overall I appreciate the outcome.

I have always used Bellemy for body work. When my wife picked it she noticed a paint run. Chuck took it right to the shop and it was done to perfection.
