More communication; call back when you say you will; and let the customer know in advance that the parts are cheaper lightweight products than the original. And that I can’t use magnets on the cheap material. Or check into higher quality options. That would have gotten a 10 rating.

The job was done amazing; the part used(door) is a cheap product. It’s a lighter weight door that doesn’t always close all the way if you don’t slam harder than normal. Also I use car magnet signs and I can no longer use them on the door. I regret getting a door replacement. But they did an amazing job installing and painting. Looks: 10; functionality: 3

Bellflower Collision Center did an amazing job in fixing my car. It was quick and well-done, As a bonus, they cleaned and polished my car before I picked it up. Lastly, the staff are polite and friendly. This shop is highly commendable.
