Job was half finished. Replacement part had damage and didn’t look good. The heater switch on my door panel is missing and all was told was that the body guy doesn’t remember it being there.

My car looked beautiful when I finally got it back. On drop off day, when the Enterprise rental car person did not show up, one of the B C staff drove me to Enterprise in her own car! And, my car was ready and waiting for me when I finally got the call it was ready to be picked up.
