Overall the shop did great work. Repairs and paint look really good. I few things i needed to replace on my own such as the horn and headlight bulb. The shop knew i needed my truck back asap so i was happy to take care of the minor things myself

Customer service was good, very helpful anytime I called and asked for information. The hardest part was getting someone on the phone but they are a busy shop so its understandable.

They fixed half of what was reported by the insurance, had to take it back and now we have to wait 4 business days so they can start again. Good communication when i call , I understand errors happen but it should not have happen, be more attentive next time.
