It took over a month before I was notified that my vehicle was ready for pickup. Upon receiving the vehicle, it was immediately apparent that there were serious issues related to the window replacement and required calibration. The window replacement and all necessary calibrations were supposed to be performed by Honda of Cerritos, while the body work was to be completed by Bellflower Collision. Despite this, Bellflower Collision proceeded in a way that resulted in the vehicle being released without proper calibration. Within just a few blocks of driving, multiple error codes and system fault warnings appeared. As a result, the vehicle had to be returned to Honda of Cerritos for service. Bellflower Collision is now asking me to take the vehicle to Honda myself, even though they should have coordinated and delivered the vehicle directly to Honda for the window replacement and calibration before releasing it to me. This situation has created a significant inconvenience, especially as I am now without a rental vehicle. The handling of this repair has been extremely disorganized and unacceptable. I am very dissatisfied with how this matter has been handled. If this issue is not promptly corrected and fully remediated—including proper repairs and resolution of the rental vehicle situation—I will have no choice but to escalate this matter to the appropriate regulators.
