Limited communication, when I called about my car I was told only one person could tell me the status and he was in a meeting. The insurance had told me it would be ready, so I went into work late that day for no reason. If the person who answers the phone could have told me my car wasn't ready, that wouldn't have happened.

Car looks amazing thank you for the quick turn around. Whoever detailed the inside of my car reeked of cigarettes. I had to get an air freshener. Try to be conscious of that.
