Raffi and Peter are great! They are very professional and compassionate knowing how upset you can be with even a minor accident that caused damage. I took my car to them just before they closed on the Thursday before Labor Day and got my car back 10 days later, as it took 7 days to get the needed parts from Kia and the was price way less then I ever thought it would be. Raffi gave me regular updates on the status of the parts and actually pushed Kia for immediate delivery because they said one part would take a month. I highly recommend Bells & Vaughn should you have the misfortune of an accident. My vehicle looks like nothing ever happened.
