Kayla is a gem. She is so caring and explained the process step by step. I never had to wonder an about the repair status. Kayla communicated with me daily. During the delivery at the car back to me, it was discovered and item was missing on the exterior. Kayla honestly informed me and took care of the problem. She didn’t try to hide it. I truly respect that.

Had a great experience at Ben Clymer’s The Body Shop. Getting your car repaired is never fun, but they made the whole process easy and stress-free. The work came out great, and my car looked like nothing ever happened. Big shoutout to Jennifer. She was awesome throughout the entire process. She kept me updated, answered all my questions, and was always friendly whenever I called or stopped by. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and wants to make sure everything goes smoothly. Customer service like hers is hard to find these days. Absolutely,… Incredibly…. and Totally, satisfied!!!! At my age, and in my stage of life (I am 65) I have, unfortunately, (and only very occasionally) had to deal with taking one of my family’s vehicles in to a body shop for repairs due to an accident. What fun. NOBODY, likes having to deal with that, just like going to the dentist, going to the DMV or getting called up for jury duty. Sooner or later, it happens to every one and you just deal with it. That being said, my son and I were incredible lucky to have been assigned to a repair specialist/claims adjuster by the name of Kayla when we brought my sons truck (his baby) in for repair after a “moderate” accident. She took quite simply, Excellent care of us during the approximately month-long process to source all the parts (including replacing the entire truck bed) paint and body work etc. to fully and correctly repair my son’s truck to new. She checked and verified the frame integrity, all the suspension point attachments etc., all the working and flex points and potential weak points the owner of a working truck would worry about after an accident. She keep in contact with us all through the entire process via text the whole time letting us know the progress etc. so we knew what was happening and when etc. I was most impressed with her professionalism, her empathy for our situation and her very obvious knowledge of the complete process and how it would go. She took ownership during the time as if the vehicle was her own. Assuaging any worries we had of not getting a safe or incomplete repair. Quite simply, she was honest, down to earth, really knew her stuff, never tried to BS us at any point, and took excellent care of us the entire time. I could not recommend her enough!! Whatever she’s making, she derives a raise! LOL! If I ever have to deal with another car accident, I would definitely recommend Clymer’s Body shop in Moreno Vally and “Kayla” as your repair specialist! They do it right!
