The service was excellent from the time that I walked in the door, which I wasn't expecting from the auto industry. Although the reviews were positive, I wasn't sure what to expect. My visit to Fix Auto was great. The staff were very friendly when my car was dropped off for repairs. They thoroughly explained what was wrong with my car and kept providing updates along the way. I was also very impressed with how quickly I got my car back. I was also happy that I was able to drop off my rental from Enterprise when I picked up my vehicle.
