Easy to drop off at the body shop. They did a great job on the repair in a timely manner. My truck was cleaner than when I dropped it off inside and out. The trouble I had was with enterprise car rental the only place to rent a car in Auburn, Indiana they were not very helpful!

More damage than initially expected which required more time. That was fine with me. Exterior was a 10, outstanding job. The interior windshield was partially cleaned with something that was not easy for me to remove.
