Once home, I realized that the driver side curtesy light switch was jammed and wouldn't go out, the windshield hadn't been replaced from the hail damage also, the hood was not fastened down or aligned appropriately.

They always greet with a welcoming smile. And when I returned the next day to show the unfinished work, they were very eager to hear me out and take pictures of the problems and told my daughter and I that they would be in touch soon.

All of the people I spoke to on the phone and in person were friendly. All my questions were answered anytime I had any. They made the process pretty easy. I even had help switching car seats over to the rental car. And my car looks great after being worked on.
