The actual body work was great! However, I realized that even though the in mileage was 51,111, I picked it up at 51, 330 which I was never informed that my car would be driven while in the care of the body shop. My in and out mileage reflected only 51, 111 which was not correct but I didn’t catch it until I was home and filing the paperwork. While I can do nothing about the mileage, what I am really UNhappy about is that I now have a belt loose making noise that I need to take in to Mazda to have fixed because it squeals. I’m not happy about having to pay for an extra expense for an issue that came from my body shop work. The end result is that I’m a very unhappy customer and my online reviews will reflect that. You really should pay for me having to fix the belt which I suspect was either knocked loose during repairs or happened when it was driven against my approval!
