We are open from 7:30 to 5:30 Monday through Friday for easy drop off or vehicle pick up with rental car service conveniently down the street from us. Rob had my info when i got there. No waiting. He drove me to enterprise. I got email updates. No unnecessary and time consuming wait on someone to fill out paperwork. Love that. Did have to wait on keys but didn't mind cause everyone was nice and had hometown feel. Hassle free experience
